Inigo LOVES his rainbow vest! He was very sad he couldn’t wear it to school.
Frozen polenta with frozen peas.
Feta and tomato skewers with basil, hummus with carrot and cucumber bears, peach slices and grapes.
I also added (at his request) some crystallized ginger, for a “spicy treat”. His words 🙂
But what did I forget? Cutlery so he can eat it. Good thing the school is so close!
Craft and cake is set to resume this weekend. Is there any interest? Do leave a comment if you’d like to come, I won’t go ahead unless I get at least two people willing to commit.

In honor of Chinese New Year, today we have a mushroom steamed bun, and leek dumplings with red vinegar dipping sauce.
He has a bunch of tiny fresh currants, and some unshelled edamame. Also a Chinese tea egg, apple and mango for crunch and sip, and a coconut and mango treat.
