Fun! I used to make letter shape (sultana) pikelets; sometimes just the S by itself, sometimes making an S and letting it cook for a while then making the pikelet around it so the S was dark on the light background! If you dont mind a bit of commercialism, Mickey Mouse is pretty easy too!
