When Mark and I travelled through Vietnam in 2007, we saw people eating eggs from a street vendor, and being vegetarians, we were always on the lookout for vegetarian foods. So we ordered a couple, and were very surprised to find that they weren’t what we were expecting.

We didn’t eat them.
