I love pancakes, especially those crepes cooked by WM and served with lemon and sugar (a traditional family way of eating pancakes). Inigo looks happy to helping with yours.

I’ve only ever made pancakes with flour, milk and egg (and sometimes a bit of sugar). They’re a saturday morning ritual here. We cook them on the sandwich press – super quick, extremely easy and virtually no clean up.
