Library bag
Squish and I did some sewing on the weekend, a bear, with blanked and pillow, and a library bag for school. Inigo had his first go of the sewing machine, and has declared that he wants his own for his birthday next year.
And today I found out his library bag is supposed to be waterproof. Can I get away with sticking a shopping bag inside it?

Make a similar sized bag using PUL and just handsew onto the inside of the bag. Problem solved!

Probably not!
There are some laminated fabrics available at Spotlight but they may not be to Inigo’s taste and they are $24.99 a metre! Would waterproof spray from a carpet or furniture store help?

I think I will just wait until they complain – if I don’t need to fix it I’ll be happy!

You can buy some iron on vinyl from spotlight and turn it into a waterproof bag?
