oooohhhhh - frozen peas on your belly ;) Old wives tale, sworn to work. Theory being babies head gets cold with frozen pea packet plonked over it, and it squirms to better (ie warmer) position.

Any birth of a healthy baby and safe mother is a good birth, no matter how it happens. You be good, relax, and go with it. Baby is in control - in case you hadn't worked that out ;)

Thank goodness that there are things they can do. Medical intervention is not preferred but sometimes necessary. This coming from someone who throughout two of three births had a drip in each hand and an epidural to lower bloodpressure, which then means a catheter as well. Tubes in and out and everywhere! My babies were all safe though, and that is the ultimate goal. Good luck!

sending you guys lots of love
the important thing is that Inigo (love, love, love that name) comes out safe,
really it doesn't matter how he gets out.
I know that less intervention is better, but sometimes intervention is good.
You could both try giving him a stern talking to!
