Elastic Cast On Tutorial

It’s in Spaninsh (I think), but it looks like a great technique. Going to try it for my next baby hat.

It is indeed Spanish, and I was going to make a noble attempt at translation, but the background noise and audio quality and my faulty memory made it pretty much impossible, except for utterly useless bits and pieces. Fortunately you don’t really need to know what they’re saying!
